Meet Holly Zajur!
Holly is your creative wellness sidekick, dedicated to helping you tap into your creative spirit and live your most authentic life. With over 12 years of experience as a creative wellness educator, Holly’s work is rooted in the belief that creativity is a vital tool for everyone. As an artist, entrepreneur, and graduate student in mental health counseling, she understands firsthand the courage it takes to put yourself out there, follow creative impulses, and step into new roles without the need for certainty or perfection.
For Holly, mindfulness is about more than being present; it’s about learning to meet life’s moments with curiosity, compassion, and a creative spark. Her journey began early, discovering the transformative power of yoga and creative expression as anchors for her own healing. Currently pursuing her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at William & Mary, Holly integrates clinical insight with creative practices like pottery and movement to help others navigate change, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner child.
As the founder of Connect Wellness, creator of The Creative Wellness E-Workbook, and host of the How the Wise One Grows podcast, Holly draws on her decade-plus of experience to help people debunk the myth of "not being creative." Through her retreats, mentoring, and workshops, she shares the belief that when we view life as a creative practice, we reclaim our agency and intentionally shape a more compassionate, connected world.
Whether through coaching, movement, or creative play, Holly is passionate about guiding you toward a life filled with intention, connection, and joy.
