Sunrise Vinyasa Flow is composed of an accessible sequence designed to teach students basic yoga postures, sun salutations A + B, as well as alignment cues to sustain a growing practice. This class is designed as an ideal introduction to the Vinyasa method of linking breath with movement, as motions are cued with an inhalation or exhalation.
We recommend taking this class at least 5 times if you are new to yoga, as it will provide knowledge upon which to build and grow your practice. It is also a great re-introduction if you are coming back to practice after a prolonged break.
