Join me every Monday from 5:45-6:45pm for Yang yoga at TAOU Forest Hill!

Yang Yoga refers to all dynamic styles of yoga such as: Hatha/Vinyasa, Katonah, Iyengar, Kundalini, Power, & more! These types of yoga can build internal heat which activate the Yang in YOU! This class will be a practice creating heat in the body with a steady pace to keep your practice fluid and creative, so you can have time to explore where you are. Similar to vinyasa, yang will be focused on flowing with rhythm and repetition incorporating breath. (Recommended for beginners & All Levels)

This class provides a balance between grounding and moving energy through the body. We typically start with an intention and move through ways to embody it on the mat through a mix of fiery, heat-building and deep restorative movement.
